I’ve created an interchangeable meal plan just for you! If you are a macro counter or not, these meals are simple, healthy, and you can adjust them to fit your nutrition needs. You can choose any one of the options and add more or less ingredients.
If you track in My Fitness Pal, you should be able to find the ingredients, or you can use the barcode scanner on your packaging for accurate tracking.
I did not add lunch ideas because I always make double at dinner to eat at lunch the next day. I don’t always meal prep for the whole week at one time because you know … life! So, I do it as I cook and it works for me. Just remember … nutrition doesn’t have to be that hard. Don’t over complicate it.
All options are color-coded because that’s just how I do things visually. I hope it helps!
